When I was trying to make my own blog, I was thinking to find a good Blogger Theme Template. Finally I found a very good web site that provided download Blogger Theme Template for free, and all the template here are very nice with hidden tool bar at Blogger.com.
They not only provide Blogger.com theme template, they also provided WordPress theme template. All are beautiful and edited with page element, which mean you can simply drag and drop the elements within your blog.

In Blogger.com, you just need to do few steps to upload the free blogger theme templates to your blog at Bloogger.com.
- Go to http://www.eblogtemplates.com , and click Blogger.
- Choose your desire blogger template and click download. You also can preview the template first before download the them.
- After downloaded the blogger template, unzip it into a folder or at anywhere you like. It will be a XML file.
- Go to your blogger at Blogger.com, then go to the Layout view.
- Choose "Edit HTML".
- You will see a place for you to upload your blogger template, click "Browse" and choose the blogger template XML, and click "Upload".
- Congratulation, you had successful modified your blogger theme.
