Eclipseis one of the wonderful development IDE tools for most programming languages, such as Java, C, C++, HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, GWT and etc. The debugger tools also very powerful as well.
But Ecplise needs to install plug-in to for enable debugging on different programming languages, but now there is a modified Eclipse called "Easy Eclipse" which pre-installed with plug-in, which save your time to find the plug-in.
